LHS at Newcastle Eagles Basketball Match
Students, staff and families from Longbenton High School enjoyed a fantastic evening at Newcastle Eagles on Friday 11 February. The Eagles put on a real show and thrilled the crowd from start to finish with a first-class performance in a comprehensive win against the Surrey Scorchers. There was a superb atmosphere in the wonderful Vertu Motors Arena; we can't wait to go back very soon for our next fixture. We will be in touch with details about dates and ticket prices.

Parents should also have received a school comms message today with the test slot time for Wednesday January 5th for their child's tutor group.
Face masks and restrictions - from Monday 29th November
The compulsory requirement to wear face masks in school has been lifted. This means that from Monday 29th November they are optional / a matter of personal preference. Students are well within their rights to continue wearing them should they wish and will be supported in doing so.
