A group of our Year 9 students have shown incredible dedication during enrichment sessions, working hard to help our school earn the Hedgehog Friendly Campus award. Hedgehog Friendly Campus is a national award scheme designed to protect hedgehogs, enhance their habitat and create awareness, part-funded by the British Hedgehog Preservation Society. (https://www.hedgehogfriendlycampus.co.uk/)They have participated in many eco-friendly activities to contribute to this award such as; litter picking, awareness posters, ecological surveys of our site and providing food for the wildlife.

We are very pleased to announce that we have achieved gold accreditation for the award!
