Please see below details of our planned Respect Day in January 2025.
Dear Parents/Carers
We hope this letter finds you well.
We would like to inform you about a planned collapsed timetable day that will take place on Tuesday 7th January 2025. This dedicated day will provide students with a unique opportunity to engage in a variety of personal development activities instead of their usual timetable.
During this day, students will participate in a range of activities designed to enhance their:
- Wellbeing: Through collaborating with others and participating in workshops to develop self esteem and a sense of belonging.
- Character Development: By exploring values such as empathy, resilience, and respect.
- Skills for Life: Including problem-solving, teamwork, and communication.
We believe that these activities will not only benefit our students' personal growth but also contribute to their overall academic success. We will have a number of guest speakers booked to deliver workshops to our students including Loti Nambombe, Make Life Kind speaker; the Newcastle United Foundation and Northumbria PCC.
Please note that the school day will run to the usual times and that normal school uniform should be worn.
Thank you for your continued support.
