Talented reader Katie Pearson (age 13) has once again been recognised for her outstanding commitment to reading. Through the Accelerated Reader programme that all students in Year 7 and 8 follow as part of their English curriculum, Katie has read a remarkable 1 million words so far in Year 8. Katie also achieved this last year in Year 7 and has therefore obviously maintained her love of reading which is fantastic. Well Done Katie!
