Every child within school who receives free school meal entitlement has been allocated a basic food parcel by the local council. These can be collected from school.

 

If you wish to collect your parcel you can do so by coming to the main school office where one of the admin team will assist you. The parcel does contain fresh ingredients, therefore will need to be collected no later than the afternoon of 12th January.

 

On entering the school building can you please ensure you are wearing a face covering (unless you are exempt) and to use the hand sanitiser situated in reception.  

 

To ensure you avoid the students entering and leaving the building we will only be handing out the parcels in-between the hours of 10am and 2pm.

 

We have not been advised by the local authority yet of any plans for the future in relation to free school meals. Once we are made aware of any changes will be in contact with you once again. We are sorry we simply don’t have the staffing capacity to deliver these parcels in addition to other government requirements of schools during national lockdown.
